When you enquire

We receive your name, email address and project message, plus any phone number, business name, postcode or service choice you supply. Only your name, email and project message are required to use the form. Without a way to contact you, we cannot respond.

We use these details to answer questions, prepare a quote and discuss your project. This supports steps you ask us to take before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

How information is handled

Form submissions are stored in our WordPress website database, accessible through authorised administration accounts, and sent to our enquiry inbox. Our website hosting and email providers process information to operate those services. Technical records, including an IP address, browser details and submission time, may be recorded to maintain security and investigate problems.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in an enquiry. The website form does not accept file uploads. If photographs or artwork are needed, we will discuss how to send them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond, follow up the proposed project and resolve related questions. If a project proceeds, relevant records may also be needed to manage the work and meet accounting or legal obligations. The nature of the project, ongoing correspondence and any unresolved issue determine the retention period. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, and obtain a portable copy where that right applies.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact yesyes@powsigns.co.uk to exercise your rights. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.

This site does not add advertising or analytics tracking. WordPress may use essential cookies for administration and security. Your browser allows you to control cookies.

The website’s fonts and project photographs are stored on our own website hosting.

WhatsApp opens only when you choose its contact link. Messages sent there are handled by WhatsApp as well as by us; its own privacy terms apply. You can use the enquiry form, email or phone instead.
